Restaurant bewertenSince I was alone for dinner I decided to get a BBQ as my wife is not a BBQ fan. I was surprised that the place was not overcrowded, it was Saturday night, but there I found that they took a lot out. Since I could not decide between Brisket and pulled pork I went with the 2 meat sampler and had both chopped beef breeze and pulled pork. They were already out of corn sows, and I wasn't the only disappointed, so I had Cole Slav and potato salad, both were better than average. You have three sauce choices, along with Chipotle Tabasco, Sweet, Spicy and Sassy. The sweetness was very sweet, the Spicy was medium spicy and the Sassy was a kind of vinegar, maybe with some mustard. Interestingly, the sassy was my favorite, because vinegar is not my thing. Anyway, the food was very good. I had better Texas BBQ in Texas, but for Mesa I might be back. Friendly people. They play Country Western music, which is not my favorite at all, but it fits the place.
Excellent!!! Big BBQ, very generous portions. Price is reasonable. This is a family business and operation and they really care about their food and customers. It is a bit quite in the wall position, but these places usually have the best foods.
Superb! I ate a lot of BBQ and that's pretty good. All people from East Valley Mesa.... you won't find better. The BIG BRYAN with Cole Slaw...... MONEY!!!!
I wanted to try this bbq place a few blocks from my house that I've never been. I brought home a good Texas chicken, sausage and brisket grill from Allison's Texas BBQ restaurant! I ordered the BIG TEX, which comes with three different types of meat. Unfortunately, they did not add to my sausage link, but the chicken and brisket were very good! I wish I had tried her sausage. I wanted to be happy with what I ate! Overall, I was definitely happy!
I can't even begin to describe how amazing and charming I found this restaurant. Let's start with the food. The meat was moist and flavorful. I didn't even need a knife to cut the meat because it was so tinder. They provided sauce, but the meat didn't need it. It was seasoned perfectly. The atmosphere was divine and made me miss living in the South. Lastly, the customer service, one of a kind. The owner happened to be there and wanted to know our first names and shook our hands. Genuinely, a wonderful human being. People won't always remember what you said but they will always remember the way you made them feel. The owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and special. Honestly, if every owner treated their guests this way, the world would be a much different place. Keep up the amazing food and the wholesome crew you have at your restaurant.
