I 'm an Uber delivery driver and I went to Jessie 's pizza around 3.11pm and was picking up a chicken parmigiana with chips. They said that the wait time would be 5 minutes but the wait time was ended up being 12 minutes. Uber drivers do not get paid for wait times. The 2nd issue I have is that the store owner passed me the order without a plastic bag to hold the items. I advised him I can not take the order if I am not givin a plastic bag because the food will spill in my thermal bag on the way to the customer. Then he said to me do not worry it will not spill, it 's just chicken parmigiana and chips . And I responded I do not want to risk spilling the food . Extremely unacceptable since i care about my customers dearly. I will not be coming back to pick up an orders from here again.
Just ordered a Margherita Pizza. It tasted like hard burnt dry bread with salt on it. I called in just to give a feedback. The girls response was Thats how its suppose to taste . She didnt want to listen and kept disagreeing with me. I respond that this will be the last time i order pizza from here. Pizza is now in the bin.
Every time I order delivery from here they always seem to forget something
Jessie’s pizza is my going to pizza spot, all made fresh, generous toppings, tastes great the girls at the front are friendly and service is fast. highly recommended
