Sonic Drive-in - Meridian

I wouldn't be shocked if someone else has already pointed this out, but the attitude of the staff was terrible! It felt like I was a nuisance for simply asking for service. She clearly didn't want to be there, and after just a few moments of interaction, I instantly regretted ordering anything from that place. The experience stuck with me for a few days, which is why I decided to write this review.

Today marked the final straw in terms of terrible customer service. We've experienced issues before, and this time it simply drove us away. When we tried to place our order, I couldn't hear anything through the speakers, and they were unwilling to assist us at the window. Once we finally got to the window, the music was blasting so loudly that it's no surprise they struggle to retain customers. The staff member we dealt with was rude and unhelpful, although the man at the window was nice. Unfortunately, our order was still wrong. We definitely won’t be returning to this place—and we used to come here all the time.

On July 30, 2022, I visited this unique restaurant for the second time. I ordered the double cheeseburger combo with fries. Unfortunately, the burger was greasy and lacking in flavor. The French fries were also soggy and oily. I might consider giving it another chance, but I'm skeptical.

I believe the person who say this place was dishonest in their activities and intentions, and I think it is important that I share. I needed a 10 to get something, so I have two drinks. my total was 4.64, I paid with the 10 and 64 cents, and received no change, but since I usually only pay with a card, I did not think about it until I came to the place where I had to pick up the thing, and I realized that I did not check the 6 and I checked the entry and it says .34 change, which means that the teller entered the amount but I asked a 5.

Very nice kids work here. I ordered a cherry sparkling water with extra cherry. There was cherry syrup but no cherries. That is the whole point of ordering cherry at sonic... always disappointed when the drink is gone and there are no ?
