Pilot Travel Center - Meridian

Worst Pilot ever, 8pm Tuesday, rude staff, wanted pepperoni ????, there was 2 slices of an old one all dried up, and a new pie with one slice already gone, she refused to give me a fresh slice and wanted to give me the old one that was clearly needingthrown away, so I left, I went to the loves at exit 97, absolutely friendly people at the Subway, everything fresh, I?ll neverever stop at your Pilot again

Worst customer service ever do not stop at the pilot travel center off of Highway 20 in Meridian. The employees are rude and disrespectful especially the ones working behind the subway counter that feel it is their job to roam around the store screamingat customers.

Everything was good in appearance and staff no waiting in line the only little thing that is kind of a major thing when you traveling on the road other than the bathroom gas prices and fountain drinks is the hot dogs that are supposed to be ready butthere weren't any fresh ones still I love stopping at the pilot truck stop

The store wasn?t cleaned at all! The cashier was very unprofessional and stay with air pod in their ear the whole time I was there! I guess management have changed because it was not like that! No coffee was made and when ask someone to make some! Hehad a very bad attitude about it! Subway stay closed more than it does open! It is going down hill fast with no brake! It didn?tuse to be like that! This was the second shift crew that I see won?t make pizza for the customers! To really be honest with youthey don?t deserve two stars!
