Fujiyama Japanese - Meridian

Excellent food, quick service. They don’t use a bunch of rice as filler. We’ve been going to Fujiyama for nearly two decades in Boise. We love going to the Meridian location as it’s a bit closer to home. Both locations are great. Lunch prices are good tooFood: 5/5

I wanted to surprise my daughter with her favorite meal, sushi, after her karate test. I saw this place and the reviews weren’t half bad, but boy were they misleading. Off the bat the server was short with us. Not necessarily kind or helpful at all. The service was fast, but we didn’t have a single roll that we liked… we tried three more rolls hoping we’d find something we liked, but it didn’t happen. We have food poisoning now within two hours of eating here. Such a shame to celebrate a special occasion with sushi and spend a good chunk of change to end up with food poisoning. Safe to say we won’t be back.

Great food that was very quick to come out. Very friendly wait staff and chefs were helpful too. Pretty great deal for the quality and price. Ordered the sashimi appetizer and a few rolls and it was all delicious.Food: 5/5

We love Fujiyama! Their sushi is fresh, as well as delicious, and the food presentation is wonderful! We go quite often and have never been disappointed.

Awesome sushi and awesome service. Definitely a favorite for my wife and I.
