Restaurant bewertenFast and friendly service. Great staff. Awesome breakfast burrito.
Excellent espresso but too expensive for me. The guy working was very helpful and genuinely friendly!
You say Gentrification as though it were a bad thing.
Today, I finally went back to the restaurant to share my experience with the manager, but she initially refused to provide her name. Instead, she claimed that I always complain when I come in, which isn’t true as I don’t visit that often. After explaining my situation, she stated that she couldn’t help me and insisted the employee would never have made such a comment because he is “one of the nicest people ever.” I found her response very unprofessional and decided that I wouldn’t return. Despite the line of customers behind me, I repeatedly asked for her name. She eventually said it was Victoria, but I'm not entirely sure if that’s accurate. This experience was unacceptable and highlighted a serious lack of customer service. I will make sure to inform others about my experience, and I hope Victoria can improve her problem-solving skills in the future.
I've been a regular customer at Ink because I work in the building above it and often stop by for coffee. Today, I settled onto the couch to enjoy some reading during my lunch break. The place was completely quiet, with no other customers around. However, the redheaded staff member with a side braid who was working on November 26 at 12:30 PM had a rather passive-aggressive attitude and asked me to leave unless I was making a purchase. I suggest some training for her on how to be more welcoming and create a friendly atmosphere that encourages potential customers to stay and return.
