Restaurant bewertenAfter being send away with our service dog at another pizzeria in town, we found this place and were very glad we did! We had a delicious pizza and lovely service. Would recommend to anyone!
The service was a solid 1 out of 10. There were employees standing around eating bread while my wife andI sat at the table waiting to order. 15 minutes Plus Small fake Italian place. Maybe 4tables outside. 4 tables inside. The place was...empty and the 9 employees were extremely lazy and more interested in watching the cartoon that was on the TV in the corner then attending to us. Not to mention mopping the floor in the the dining room while we were eating. And using Fabuloso from the 99 Cents store and extremely wreaked of alcohol. Don’t waste your time here!
The staff were friendly and helpful despite me not speaking Spanish. We had mixed feelings about the food. The burrata and prosciutto was ok, but the bread wasn't great and it seemed stale. The gnocchi was a little more chewy than in the past, but...the arrabiatta sauce was delicious. The pizza margherita was super good with a puffy crust. Definitely get pizza! The brownie with ice cream was incredible. It was more like a dense cake with chocolate sauce.
They just happen to have the exact meal what I was thinking about. Just finished pictures of the ruin temple down the street! I will say it was romantic, as a romance with environments should still count as the same love one has for food....I always prefer outdoors and they didn't dissapoint. In front of an actual sidewalk, to watch passerby. It was evening and the night sets upon the lights of streets I recall in NewYork City. The easy breeze, the parmesan cheese, what's not to enjoy when they don't forget the bare essential for my pasta meal. The bread sticks were as memorable as the sauce it came with. Only saw the server three times and that was the perfect symmitry to another great night in Merida
A great escape in the heart of Merida. The flavors of this city can wash over you in waves of salsas and quesos. Sometimes you need to anchor yourself with a pasta, pizza or a seafood dish to cleanse the pallet. In a quiet little...corner with the wine flowing freely we escaped to a shadow of Italy with the scents and the sounds from a world away. For a few brief moments we were there…great food, great service and our waiter Pablo made us feel like the Pantheon was just around the corner
