Restaurant bewertenThe food was definitely not authentic. Put it this way, their idea of crunchy tacos is store bought Ortega like shells, taco salad, the bottom fell out because the salad they used was water logged. Salsa was very mild, like mild hot sauce with tomatoes added. Service staff didn’t bother with answering questions, caring or even brining the check, after asking three times. Three of us ate, three of us agreed. Maybe people that don’t know authentic and don’t like spice would say it was so-so. Those of us that have eaten authentic and spiced Mexican food say definite NO. The tacos and taco salad on the side of a box of crunchy Ortega taco shells and bowls would look better than the tacos and taco salad here so, didn’t bother taking pictures..
The food here is amazing. Service was ok. Brought us minimal chips at arrival. Forgot sour cream, had to remind them, but the atmosphere is calm, but stale. Too hot, empty, and awkward. And lastly, what is the deal with these restaurants in merced closing early on the weekends? I dont understand that. ? Parking: It sucks!
Enjoyed a Molcajete and a few Long Island Iced Teas at Trevino’s last night in Merced. Everything was delicious.
Great service with a cool environment. Trevino's has been around for a while. Food is pretty good.
Very average food “ small portions” no side salad or garnish” one waitress older women not professional three times fail” will not eat here again” who has ever heard of serving chili Rellano dry” the waiter ask you what kind of sauce you want. Maybe they are racist” every color creed deserves respect and good service. 17.00 bucks for grilled cheese rice and 1 oz ‘ beans Nope!
