Restaurant bewertenVery bad service, very rude and non speaking staff (they kept talking in French even when they told them that we do not know French). Not recommended
We had lunch in the sun on the promenade in Menton in February and this restaurant was a great experience. The view is fantastic and it's a lovely lunch break between visiting the lemon display and the old town. The waitress was very attentive and service was great--she had to cross traffic every time there was an order. One of us had the Nicoise salad and one had the spaghetti bolognese with a side salad and glass of the house red wine. Everything was good.
We are a Norwegian couple staying in Menton for 2 weeks. Located next to the beach, Jack's Sabs has turned out to be our favourite spot for lunch. The food is plain, the wine list acceptable and the best of all the service. Carmen always has a friendly smile and make us return every day! Tove Petter
An ideal place to stop and lunch, they have tables along the promenade with a fantastic view of the bay. We both had the club sandwich that was charming.
Traveling in winter, the large drawing card is a seat in the sun. this coffee is perfectly positioned to capture the sun and be safe from the wind. We stopped for a coffee (bought) and it was so good that we stayed for another (cappuccino)! the coffee temperature was just and not too hot, and the coffee flavor was soft. As my husband was halfway around his bike ride for the day, he also ordered a squirrel to refuel him and said it was the best he ever had. and it was really delicious with a beautiful variety of accompaniment salads. We'll be back.
