Mcdonald's - Memphis

I live very close so I go there often. On multiple occasions I?ve waited in the car line for 20 /30 plus minutes, only to be told later that they cant service anyone in the line as they have to many online orders and basically told to leave. Such a waste of time?. As such, I will never go to this store again. If you go to the drive anytime after 9, there?s a real chance you will wait a crazy amount of time and then later be told ?we cant take any orders? fair warning.

Worst workers. Wrong food charged me extra for sauce and didn?t even get the sauce. Completely wrong order. Go here at your own risk

Hi in my 8 years of being a manager on 3rd shift at McDonalds, I never thought I here a cashier be so disrespectful and lie at the same time. I'm at McDonald's by my house on Union and I pull up at 3:41am she said they were closed till 4am. I said ok and pull off to get gas and came back at 4:03. She said they closed I ask okay well this the white Ford again, you told me 4am you will be opening, I went and got gas and tried IHOP as well but they said order online only. The cashier at McDonald's on Union reply back stating ????? okay well it's 4 and as you can hear we still closed. I ask when will you guys be been y openings and she Didn't GIVE me a answer back. Can someone please tell me why it's 4:18 now and all I'm hearing is this young lady talk about me on the mice. You could at least cut it off so I don't here you. Then take my order at 4:37 with a attitude.

Very good experience. First time at this location. Clean restroom and greeted upon waking up.

This place was sad because u sitting in the drive thur for 20 mins before ur order is taken then u pay an have to go to the pick up window an sit for another 10 mins for 2 items they need better employees or a better over night management
