Restaurant bewertenMy pizza didn’t even come with any sauce. Compared to the location in Southaven, the quality of food here is quite poor. The cooks definitely need some assistance; the food is just disappointing. I also ordered a Delta sub, and it felt hastily put together.
The food is fantastic, but the main reason I'm giving this a 5-star rating is because the general manager is outstanding. If you're not satisfied, she genuinely cares and wants to make things right. Thank you!
The food and beer selection were excellent. I really enjoyed the crispy thin crust, while my husband preferred the thicker crust. The mozzarella sticks and Caesar salad were also very tasty. My son, who doesn't eat cheese, had his request for a cheese-less pizza perfectly accommodated. We will definitely return!
They don't stay open until 9 PM, and the last time I called, I waited a full hour without my pizza even being put in the oven. In the meantime, they were still taking and serving orders without even acknowledging me.
I recently called to place an order, and the cashier was quite unkind, but I attributed it to the noise in the restaurant. However, the customer service has been overall disappointing. During my latest visit, I ordered my usual pizza and cheese sticks, but the cashier got my order wrong. Mistakes happen, so I didn’t mind too much, but when I was offered a larger size, I declined. The cashier told me it would take 7 minutes for a new pizza, but after waiting 20 minutes without any updates, I asked the team lead for assistance. He informed me it would just take another 2 minutes, which turned into a total wait of 20 minutes for my original order and 25 for the new one. I didn’t even receive a glass of water or a simple “thank you” during this time. To make matters worse, the owner’s daughter commented that I shouldn't come in on trivia night, which felt incredibly rude. The team lead seemed unaware of the situation. After waiting for nearly 40 minutes without resolution, I asked for a refund, but I was left at the cash register without answers or a receipt. The cashier even questioned why I was upset after such a frustrating experience. His demeanor seemed off as he walked away and went to the back to cut pizza when he was supposed to help with my refund. In the end, I took the pizza but decided I would never return. It's disappointing to see how the quality of service has declined at what used to be my favorite pizza place, likely due to the owner's reliance on family members who are unhelpful and rude.
