Restaurant bewertenThe service is excellent, and the menu does not disappoint. I’m eagerly anticipating the opening of the new location so that some of the original menu items can return.
Let me start by saying that we absolutely love Ciao Bella. What truly enhanced our experience was the incredible service we received. Our server, April, was exceptionally kind and accommodating to our 7-year-old son, making him laugh even though he's usually hard to please. Her recommendations were spot on! We all ordered different entrees, and for the first time, we shared bites from each dish because everything was just so delicious. To top it off, at the end of our meal, we mentioned our interest in dessert, and she surprised us with the most delightful peanut butter cake! She really hit the mark! If you visit, definitely ask for April!
The food was delicious—definitely the best Italian restaurant in Memphis, in my opinion. The staff was wonderful and quick, even as we were nearing closing time. I was really excited to try everything! My favorite dishes were the brat and gnocchi, but you absolutely must try the fried ravioli—they're to die for! The cannolis are also amazing! A friend of mine ordered the cannelloni, and another friend had the chicken parmesan. I tasted everything, and they were all fantastic.
The blutorangenlachs was some of the best I had, the rest of the teller lacked no real soße on the nudels for 28 mäuse the lachs was the saving gnade. I recommend, but make sure they ask for something extra sauce on the noodles.
First time to visit this restaurant. Not too impressed. Our waitress seemed as though she was reciting the menu word for word, even with her hands behind her back. Very impersonal. My husband had to send his spinach back because it was cold however, I have to admit that it was tasty. My dish was supposed to be made with capallini but it was spaghetti. Also, I was missing the Greek olives and the waitress offered to cook some up real quick All in all, it wasn't bad hence the three star rating. However, not sure I'll be back. Atmosphere was not the greatest either which plays a major role in my satisfaction with the restaurant. All I have are pictures once put in the to go box. The one with the red sauce is chicken Parmigiano. The other dish, (my dish) which I do not remember the name but it was inundated with pasta. Probably should have given 2 stars. Customer service sucked at every angle
