Not pleasant. The food was, yes, not as great as we expected. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmospheric: 2

Slow service. No cheese on French onion soup. No option to have GF bread instead of normal. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$20–30

This has been the second time to this location and both were bad experiences. This time we waited over 45 mins to even get a glass of water, orders took extremely long we were there for 2 kids bdays , orders came out wrong and were also missing items. Then after the kids were done we ordered them dessert and that took very long also, at this point were were almost there for 3 hours, not a good experience. I don't know if they were short staffed last night In all areas. If they were they should have closed down a section so servers could provide better service and be able keep up because it was horrible.

I made the choice. We came back when they said it was ready. Another half hour. One of the meals was right, the other two weren't. The grilled honey dill dish was less sauce and the grilled chicken was baked. The buffalo chicken Mac and cheese first did not come with the chicken, but fortunately my husband noticed that before we left and she gave us a few cut Buffalo chicken fingers to supplement it. No stellar experience.
