Restaurant bewertenWhether they are one or more, whether they want a quick snack or a large meal, all are made to feel welcome. I just wanted a runway and a drink and they were great. the prices and quality were good and. the atmosphere on a quiet Sunday afternoon, relaxing. I was brought with water without asking me, along with the food and drinks menus.
This small restaurant on the rouse street port melbourne is very popular by the natives. various baptisms on the menu. personally, I want to get a budding little dish so I can really enjoy all the aromen in the offer. my favorite. they make sure they get a table.
A gentleman who claims to be the owner was very hostile. he insisted that our use of the word order was insulting' and said we should use the word request,' instead, finally said we don't have to wear masks while sitting inside, despite this being non-conform... with the latest vic restrictions and tried to show us the door. the whole episode seemed very small. very disappointing given our previous good experience with the other employees. this man was toxic.
We have a good start by finding a parking meter from the entrance. this caused the fact that we would usually have passed the building where the restaurant is located. the area is not inspired. friendly staff when entering. immediately took to our table near the bar. (point for the next time after a stand on the back wall a great menu choice, which is why we limit to large dishes. we went essentially straight through the lists of small crooked, tear paper rolls (we had the duck) and so on. all were excellent. our table just ordered great cocktails and beer, so I can't comment on the wine list. fairly fast food delivery, a court at a time as required by us. we have to go back one day.
Either Melbournite’s standards have dropped dramatically (unlikely) or I picked a dud dish, or just got a rushed one. Fried baby snapper and quite lacklustre. Overcooked, not very well presented and crude accompaniments. Overly fatty lamb ribs. Best thing were the sweet potato chips....Meal for two (no drinks).
