Restaurant bewertenI ordered only one dish, which was the pan-fried dumplings. The filling was tasty, but unfortunately, the dumpling itself was burnt. It appeared that they may have been left for too long for reheating and the chef forgot to take them off in time.
I visited with my entire team and we received excellent service and high-quality food. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The chicken corn soup is to die for. i could eat 1000 soups and wouldnt ever get bored.
Enjoy meal out front in fresh air quiet regularly or some takeaway....
I came in at around 5PM on the 15th of February on my lunch break at work and ordered the beef and black bean with no veggies and a fried rice. When I got back to the staff room to eat my dinner I found that every piece of meat was very pink as if each side had been sizzled for 30 seconds if that to just make it brown on the outside. When I called and explained the situation I was met with come back for a refund. When I finished work I came back to speak with the chef/owner about this issue and I was met with nothing but abuse. The time before I ordered this evening we found hair to be in the food this was rectified with management and the son who is the waiter still admits he saw the hair to. Even after the chef/owner asked me to leave I left and was sitting out the front waiting to be picked up he kept walking out a telling me that the beef was perfectly f cooked (see photo attached and make your own opinion) and there was no issue as it’s only chicken that can’t be pink. That is the chef/owners own words. 5 minutes before I got picked up he came out for the 4th time telling me if I don’t apologise for being a clear issue to he’s attention he would be talking with my boss. He then preceded to start taking photos of me sitting down on the phone whilst other Woolworths shoppers saw his abuse. I WOULD NEVER WANT ANYONE TO GO HERE AGAIN AS IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE FOOD YOU WILL BE MET WITH THE SAME ABUSE THAT I WAS.
