Restaurant bewertenAccording to my Vietnamese friend, this restaurant is considered pretty good for Vietnamese cuisine. The Banh Mi costs $5.57. However, I was disappointed to find that the Banh Mi I ordered contained ham, which is not a traditional ingredient and did not taste great. Other dishes ordered seemed to have received decent feedback though.
Banoi is a well-established restaurant in Docklands, known for its popularity during lunchtime with tables quickly filling up and a long queue at the takeaway counter. The menu at Banoi offers a variety of delicious Vietnamese dishes such as pho, banh mi, noodles, and satay. One of the reviewer's favorites is the lunchtime set which includes a Pho Cup, spring rolls, half a pork banh mi, kumquat juice or iced coffee. They have enjoyed this meal both dining in and as takeaway due to the variety it offers. However, during a recent visit with a vegan colleague, they were disappointed to find limited options as they had run out of baguettes, leaving the colleague with a plate of bland tofu and rice.
You must try the pork buns at this restaurant - they are the best! Trust me, just two of them will leave you completely satisfied.
I love the banh mi bread rolls especially the mixed ham one. They are the best ones I have had in the city and at a cheap price for the city at only $5.50 for take away. I paid $10 for one near ltl Collins st and it didn't taste half as good. It is comparable in taste and price to footscray bread rolls. It's my go to lunch item. The other menu items I have tried like pho are ok for the price you pay... nothing too memorable. But definitely come here for the bread rolls. Come early as there's usually a massive queue at lunch time.
Sensational, simply sensational! Absolutely loved everything about this place, the vibe the service and the food! Super flavorful packed with lots of freshness we had the spring rolls, salt and pepper ribs, bun bon hue and the lemongrass broken rice! Amazing, definitely come back here again!
