Shep's Diner - Melbourne

When my brother had surgery nearby, it was absolutely fantastic! Coffee was fresh (smoking for me! the hubs have its breakfast beer w/ hot sauce the omelets were fantastic! Service was welcoming, friendly, helpful w/ questions on the menu quickly! Although we only had breakfast items, the rest of the menu already plans our next visit! Thank you. Shep staff, we will definitely be back

The best small-town diner you can go to great breakfast at affordable prices. Would recommend to everyone i go there with my family.

I love this place. It was my first time there and it’s just what I hoped it would be... an old-school diner with all the stuff a diner should have—plus good service. Portions were large, tasty and the atmosphere was warm and happy. I’ll be back, maybe even tomorrow!

This is a great place to have a decent breakfast that is decently priced. The owner always comes around during your breakfast or lunch to see how everything is. Everyone here is super nice and they try to make your experience as pleasant as possible. I had the steak and eggs along with the French toast. It was good, not great but better then making it at home. Another down side in my opinion is that they use margarine not real butter when they cook but they have real butter at the table. The coffee is bottomless and pretty good. The daily specials are a good reason to stop in and have because they do give you alot of food for a small price. They also have free WiFi. We would be coming back here because of the pleasant down home atmosphere.
