Burger King - Medway

On my daily route in the morning I go here for breakfast or lunch. This morning I was turned away by an employee because she did not know how to put in the system for a side sausage. She told me that because she doesn’t know how to do it I will have to buy a whole sandwich or she can’t sell it to me cause she doesn’t know how to do it. I have worked at BK in my teenage years and I also have had this order put in from this same BK on my regular route. The fact that I had to be denied my breakfast because this lady who says she is a manager could not input in the system cause she doesn’t know how to is absurd. Also she took the order at the intercom for it and waited for me to get to the window to say she doesn’t know how, so why take the order. On my afternoon route I will return to complain to the head management. I had to get my breakfast from a BK many miles away. Ridiculous.

I’ve tried to go here multiple times within the hours listed here and they are never open.

Best BK I’ve had! Fries are always salty, staff is amazing and extremely friendly/professional despite what others say here, just ungrateful customers. I paid with Pennie’s one time bc of money issues and they were completely understanding, and the food is always hot and fresh!!!

Food is actually hot and fresh every time since that old manager came back. What a turn around she has made again!

Very calm, ate my papa ginos here, (too crowed in papa ginos for pizza eating)
