Restaurant bewertenBe on the lookout for a name change. The previous owners sold the business on September 24, 2014, but retained the building and name. I still dine at Baja, but the staff feel somewhat stiff and scripted. The menu appears unchanged, but there have been some recipe modifications—some of which are successful, while others are not quite as appealing.
The food was excellent, and the staff was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and a few beers!
Our food arrived promptly. We started with the crispy cheese appetizer, which isn’t something I usually see at Mexican restaurants, but it was really delicious. My partner ordered the chicken fajitas, while I opted for the Macho combo featuring a chile relleno, shredded beef enchilada, and a tamale. The pepper had a nice flavor with a slight kick and was filled with cheese. The tamale was also flavorful with shredded beef inside. The shredded beef enchilada was a bit challenging to eat, but it was still tasty. My partner enjoyed his chicken fajitas as well. Overall, I would recommend this place to friends and would definitely return to try more dishes.
My wife is quite selective when it comes to Mexican cuisine, but we both absolutely loved this restaurant. The service was friendly and the flavors were fantastic. We'll definitely be returning!
Avoid this place. It's a terrible little restaurant that doesn't honor the gift cards you buy from them!
