Boba Time - Medford

Gave the wrong drinks and then proceeded to tell me I ordered it wrong, wouldn’t give me the right ones or give me my money back. Don’t come here, waste of money

If I could give this place a 0 I would. The staff is rude and didn 't give me the correct drink then proceeded to tell me that this is what I ordered. I did not. Even if I did order this slushy when I got it half of it was melted because it was sitting on the counter for 5 minutes

They are always fast and the place is always clean. They have a good selection of snacks as well as some amazing drinks. Their boba is amazing and made me a boba lover!

Great customer service, but the drinks are not worth the price and is not authentic tasting bubble tea. Drinks taste chalky, possibly b/c they use powder and although the butterfly drinks look cool they taste watered down. On top of everything the foreign/Asian snacks are way overpriced and I’ve grown up eating plenty of them. I recommend them to move away from powder and focus more on the taste of the drinks, not the looks.

Cold, almost hostile service. Put 11 oz of ice in my 24 oz drink, I might as well of asked for a water. Had to leave a tip because I was afraid they might tamper with my drink.
