Absolutely HORRIBLE! We ordered pizza from them this Christmas Eve like we do every year as tradition however this year we were met with disappointment. We ordered through the app with a pick up time of about 7:35. The store closed at 8pm for the holiday. My boyfriend waited outside for a good bit for curbside thinking they were running behind. When he went inside to find out what was going on he was met by a woman employee who said they didnt even have our order up yet. Then when he tells her we have the receipt in our email and it says this time she then said we dont have the product to make your order and we just now closed at 8 so I 'm cancelling all of these orders. He called me upset while standing in the store to tell me what was going on and I tried to call the store but it sent me to customer service since the store closed. While explaining my upset to customer service she placed me on hold in the middle of me talking and never came back. So we had no dinner for that evening because we were not given the food we ordered and paid for. THEY STILL CHARGED MY CARD $31.80 and I 'm still fighting to have someone from corporate call me back for a refund. The last time I ordered from there a few weeks prior I got a call from an employee telling me they didnt have regular crust and I would have to choose another crust but wanted to upcharge me for pan crust. It 's not my fault they didnt have product and I refused to pay the upcharge. At this point you lost a very loyal customer who poured money in to your business!

Worse pizza we have had! Thin as a cracker, not enough sauce, too much perroni. We won't be back.

Food was cold. Burnt. Late. Overcooked. Didn't send sauces.
