Neato Burrito - Mechanicsburg

It was my very first visit and it will be my last. Burrito was filled with all the extras and barely any steak on it. Also they are demanding credit card payments only no cash. Which I don't know if this is legal or not. As far as I know a company mustaccept American currency in cash and can not refuse cash. Who knows I under a democratic government that might have beenchanged.

Went for a quick lunch on our way from NYC to Dolly Sods Wilderness, on a Tuesday in August. Also needed to make a stop at REI, so this worked out well. Both of us had the Cowboy Crunch burritos, grilled, and they were okay. Very reasonably priced, andquick.

Test this place because of the reviews. Can't believe?s highly rated. No taste. Taco Bell is better than that.

Neato Burrito won. My mum?s always tried to convince me to go there, now my boyfriend?s tried to convince me to go there, finally I let him take me. I?m a picky eater with strange and distinct taste, so I usually end up going to a place and getting limited ingredients, and it?s a 50-50 chance that whatever I get is bland because I don?t like what they have and the things I do like, aren?t super tasteful, if that makes sense? I got a quesadilla and was just gonna get chicken and cheese in if, but I audibly gasped upon seeing that they had Cajun chicken, one of my favorites. Food was made fast, tasted great. They also had their own black cherry soda, which is another favorite of mine. I saw the chips and anticipated that they were nothing special, they looked pretty usual of tortilla chips, but even they had their own unique flavor that I enjoyed. Didn?t catch the servers? names, but they were also kind and walked me through my first-time experience

Was excited to try this place for the first time as a new customer, food started to taste good. However I felt sharp metal in my mouth as I was eating, although I was refunded after thinking about more I probably should have been offered a little bit more. I didn?t even get offered to remake the food that had the metal in it. Grateful for the manager kindness but even more grateful I did not cut my mouth or swallow this metal. I don?t blame the employees or manager and do believe this is more of a manufacturing issue, but if the restaurant sells this to a customer it?s a representation of their product and brand. I hope this doesn?t happen again this could have been a lot worst had I swallowed.
