Good food all around. Great little place out in Mecca. There isn't much around out here and this is a real find if you're in the area for recreation or just sight seeing in Box Canyon!

This place was legit authentic Mexican! Fresh ceviche and excellent hard tacos. The place is real clean and welcoming.

I just bought a birria and it was full of bones. When I mentioned it, they said they couldn't do anything about it. The service was really, really bad.

The salsa and carne asada tacos are fantastic! I always enjoy coming here whenever I'm in Mecca, CA.

Authentic Mexican Cuisine in Mecca, California. After driving around the Salton Sea, we were eager to stop for lunch. We placed our order at the counter and received our drink cups along with freshly made tortilla chips. We selected our salsas from the salsa bar. When our food arrived, the chile verde with pork was pleasantly spicy, and the carne asada burrito was incredible. The cheese and beef quesadilla was also very tasty. All three of us left satisfied and happy. Acebo.
