The customer service was poor, and the owner was quite rude. Overall, it felt very unprofessional. We miss the positive experience we used to have.

2.4 The service was lovely, but I was very disappointed with the Almond Flat White I ordered. It wasn't smooth and was nearly undrinkable. I'm not sure if I just happened to get a bad one, especially since I read all the reviews before making my decision. Take a look at how my coffee turned out.

Quick and friendly local family run coffee shop. The best coffee in this small centre, but the nothing to write home about. Happy to support this local business

A hidden gem in Shepherd's Bay, this place boasts lovely staff, a wonderful group of loyal customers, and excellent food and coffee, all at very reasonable prices!

The eating was not good, I ordered a chicken carving turkish bread, carving was not a real chicken and was cold inside, not sure that they cooked or not, and the salat is dead brown color and still sell it to customers, I don't think will go again.
