Taco Bell - McKinney

I visited this place on Monday 5 December. I ordered the chicken sandwich box and when I came home, the sandwich was as hard as a rock. It was old and the Pommes were fat. I tried to call this place over 10 times and they never answer. I'd like to have my money back, that's the third time I gave this place a chance to do things right when they last overloaded me. In addition, the lady didn't even give me a reception in the drive-thru, so I had secured up to the window and waited almost 10 minutes before someone came into the window, even though I was crying. The same lady who gave me my food said her machine was broken. If you're the manager of this place, give me a number to the manager so I can call her and you can do it right. Otherwise, I recommend that no one visits this place until someone decides that they take care of the customer. I always try to give the establishment or business a chance by calling them and doing things right so I can find out that in my assessment. I can't keep calling and hope someone will answer.

They forgot part of my order and never gave me a receipt. Called three times, and no answer. Kids hated the burritos mostly rice and hot sauce, so had to go to Taco Bueno where they know how to make a bean burrito.

Went through drive through at night, person who took our order tried to claim they weren't doing the classic 5 dollar box even though it's being advertised on their menu board. Tried to say they were out of everything so we just left.

Im pregnant and I was craving some chicken Just came back from here and when they opened the door for me to pay it smells so horrible i felt so nauseous and got home with the food my whole order was wrong and I threw it all up after I eat it the chicken looked like It was sitting there for 2 days straight the tacos were broken and the lettuce was all spilled all in the bag along with the taco meat i have never been somewhere so nasty and the service is not great.

This place has gotten worse and worse over the years. Yesterday they got my order completely wrong, then demanded more money to get it right. That’s extortion boys and girls, and it’s illegal.
