Restaurant bewertenThis restaurant has fantastic drinks, with the cherry limeade being an absolute must-try. They also offer refreshing natural lemonade with fresh fruit, amazing shakes, and a variety of unique and traditional slushes—literally thousands of combinations to choose from. The food is typically made fresh and served hot, although it's not the healthiest option. I’m disappointed that Sonic removed all their salads from the menu, and service can be slow during busy hours. However, it remains a great fast-food spot that my entire family enjoys. For those with allergies, the options are limited—mostly just tater tots and drinks, as well as dishes without buns or tortillas. But keep in mind that these may not be gluten-free due to shared frying oil, and food is not kept separate. We enjoy stopping by for treats occasionally, and overall, it’s a place we visit fairly often as a family.
I visited stall 8, and the background noise was so overwhelming that I could barely hear the person taking my order. After repeating myself a couple of times, I asked if he could move to a quieter spot. Unfortunately, when I received my food, my entire order was incorrect. However, the lady who delivered it was very kind. I've had these issues before, and I didn't want to leave a negative review. However, I’ve decided that I won’t be returning. It's a shame because this restaurant is right behind my house.
If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would! I placed an order for two drinks through the mobile app and was seated in a stall. I checked in for my order right away, and the monitor in my stall recognized it immediately, showing me the status of my order. After 20 minutes, I still hadn’t received my drinks. When the monitor indicated that my server was on their way, nobody showed up. I waited another five minutes before pressing the red button to request assistance, figuring I would give the server a little more time. I pressed the button, but after 10 minutes, I still had no response. I even switched stalls, but still nothing. This location is truly disappointing.
I was not satisfied with the service at this restaurant. It seems to be a recurring issue, as they often forget items. When I got home, I realized they didn’t give me any points for my meals, which meant I had to make another trip, wasting both time and gas. They eventually credited me with points for my meals, but they didn’t offer anything to compensate for the inconvenience, the wasted time, the gas, and the cold food I ended up with at home. I do blame myself a little for assuming everything was in the bag; I should have double-checked the order. However, as a customer, I believe that it’s the server’s responsibility to ensure everything is correct.
I get here at 1138pm. Yall are supposed to close at midnight.. but yet I can't get a drink because yall are closed.. but it's not midnight... false advertising and I went out of my way to come here.. all the staff in there with the lights off.
