Firehouse Subs Eldorado Plaza

The customer service here is excellent!! Even looking across the counter I can see the chefs prepping the foods with care. I will continue supporting this location. Great team here!!

This is a great place to eat filling plus they know how to make a sandwich pile the meats, much better than Subway and the employee are great too. I've eaten at one where I'm from but been a fee years. I recommend over Subway any day.

I just left this location and the man at the front register with the mask on decided to tell me ?restrooms are for customers only? as i brought my two children to the restroom. I am upset with this because I read the door I saw the sign and secondly I was about to order anyways. It would have been common sense for me to allow them to use the restroom first before proceeding to order my food because they had to go badly. Secondly as I am reading the menu to order MY food he decides to tell me ?the cheapest thing on the menu is a cookie? I?m not sure what he was implying by this but I did end up buying the cookie.. not to have access to the restroom but for the children. I was going to order my food to begin with which was the reason I came to this location but nevermind no thanks never again. I don?t know maybe don?t assume people can?t read signs next time or make your encounter a little more polite. Be happy I was in a good mood today because if not you would?ve regret it.

My dry and sarcastically moistened friend works here, so apologize for the bias. They have quite large sandwiches and never really went to the firehouse before. Lucky to have tried them now. You have gluten friendly bread, so think that.
