Restaurant bewertenASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT AND COUNT YOUR CHANGE.3 times now myself and a close friend have noticed our change being exactly 1 dollar short when paying in cash with a 20 or a 50. My friend from Arthur had it happen to him when he came to visit and it's happened to myself personally.During the last occurrence the employee tried to blame me for taking the loonie and hiding it to scam the till..until I turned my pockets inside out to prove I didn't have the change they accused me of taking.A female employee walked up to the male cashier and figured I couldn't read lips..her exact words.. ya gotta be more careful ..more careful of what? Who you try to skim change from? With the high volume of traffic through the day..this little scam could rack up a tasty sum..watch out for these pirates out here giving the hard working immigrants a bad name. These parasites expect you to take your change and throw it into the ashtray or stuff it into your pocket without a second glance..do yourself the favor and check..especially when getting coffee from this particular location.
Three times I've stopped here, each time I received stale coffee. When it sits too long it has a bitter, almost burnt taste. That's what I got, all three times over the course of the weekend I was staying in the area.Update: Got a call from a rather crusty woman at this location who argued with me about my experience. So they serve stale coffee, and argue with customers' concerns.
Had an issue with an order. As I was already back on the 400, I called the store to let them know. Stacey, was very apologetic and accommodating. She is sending me a gift card to make up for the issue. This was handled very well and deserves kudos for the great customer service I was given. She called me again the following morning to follow up.
Great place to find a Tim's at the Geogian Bay Travel Center.
If you don't like your job, quit.Miserable front cash.Didn't enter the order correctly. When politely corrected, rolled their eyes. You're in customer service.Again, if you hate your job, quit.
