Starbucks - McDonough

Be cautious, check your drink before leaving it might not be correct. I continue to go here because it's the closest in my driving habits. But I have had several times my order wasn't correct.

This is my 2nd time ordering through the drive thru they get my order wrong AGAIN. Every time I ask for a matcha, for some odd reason they give me an iced chai like wth? And then when you tell them the order is wrong, they look at you like you’re the one who made the order wrong. Literally not coming to this location again. ? I’d rather go to Dunkin at this point I don’t even go there like that! Smh.

The employees at Starbucks are attentive and are always polite. They have a lot of patience. They never hesitate to replace your drink if its not to your liking.Parking: Lots of parking availableWheelchair accessibility: Available

I don't know what happened to this place. I used to come here on a daily basis but I don't anymore bc the service sucks. Dont come during night shift! I just went thru the drive thru and the girls inside are blasting loud, vulgar music and I don't even really mind that but it was just strange. The girl messed my order up and gave me the wrong danish and when I told her she was rude about remaking it even though it was her fault. Then my oatmeal was disgusting, I couldn't eat it, so watery! I mean, how do you mess up instant oatmeal?? ?

Great atmosphere! I love being in this space. I don't really eat much there but I love the emperor's cloud green tea topped off with steamed oatmilk. The staff are always so cool!
