Restaurant bewertenI had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I simply ordered a small, black hot coffee, but I was served and charged for an iced coffee instead. When I pointed out the mistake to the gentleman behind the counter, he spoke to another employee. She informed me that no one was trained to process refunds. I suggested that it would be beneficial for her and the other staff to learn how to do their jobs correctly and efficiently. Her response was a lackluster, "Sure, maybe."
I’ve noticed that prices have increased due to inflation. However, I’m still willing to spend a bit more for a good coffee and frappes, especially since I have a sweet tooth!
I want to begin by praising the employees who assisted me during my visit: Yanir, Luis A., Rodger, and LeeRoy. They provided outstanding customer service! Last weekend, I visited this location and noticed that a few girls were working there, but they didn’t come close to the level of service these young men offered. With that said, these guys definitely have what it takes. Keep up the great work!
I still love this place! It has remained consistent since the early '90s, even though it was a bit smaller back then. I always order the Coco Loco, and it's still my favorite. Personally, I prefer this spot over the usual coffee chains; I'm not a fan of Starbucks, but everyone has their own preferences. I tried a similar Coco Loco at that popular chain, but it just doesn't compare. Gloria Jean's Coffee makes it absolutely perfect for me, especially with those delightful chocolate sprinkles. I hadn't visited in over four years, but I went back yesterday and it was just as amazing as I remembered. The ambiance is all I need to feel happy—pure heaven! Delicious! Thank you, Gloria Jean's. The staff is very friendly too, so definitely give them a try!
The coffee takes a while to prepare, and the staff aren't very friendly.
