60th Birthday -4-7-23 Superb Service by Kelsey Appreciated the entire Staff

We had reservations and were given a poor seating option of a 6 round top for 4 people in front of kitchen doorway I requested an available booth. Served 1/2 glasses of water. $4 charge for green beans to replace pasta. I felt nickel and dimed especially with their optional $4 dinner salad. I’d rather they just included the salad and charged a higher price for a complete dinner. My opinion.

Good Italian cuisine with good service at reasonable prices. A very good neighborhood restaurant. We do plan to return. Veal is on the menu where it is not at many restaurants. Lasagna is a favorite, the veal piccata was very good, the eggplant parmesan was just so-so.

I've gone to Piccolo's many times and food is excellent. Service could be quicker but perhaps its a function of quality of food. I did have one poor meal, a veal dish, where the veal was very tough. One blenish among many meals.
