Restaurant bewertenHad some bad reviews, but wanted to give them an attempt to see if it really is so bad. I tried the spring rolls and sushi. Both were really delicious. The service was free and fast. It was lunchtime.
After leaving the church tonight, we decided to try the Japanese steakhouse Kendo. It is located in the former restaurant house Sashimi. We always had good experiences with Shashimi. On arrival we were not greeted at the door. That was 7:00. I could say they were pretty busy. We have a table a few minutes later. After I got menus, I approached the bar to get sushi menus, like what we wanted. Then we ordered our food and drinks. They delivered free salad and miso soup to order for our waiting period. The sushi arrived shortly after. A few people on our table ordered from the Hibachi menu (which is what we originally gave) and did not get their food over an hour. We had already received and finished our Sushi Entrees. Usually the sushi takes longer to prepare than the Hibachi food. At one point I finally got the waiter's attention and asked for water refills and asked where their food was. The waiter checked with the kitchen and came back and filled all drinks with water. I told the waiter that they were ordered at the same time he reacted that their food was from another part of the restaurant. That surprised me when I think it's all ONE restaurant. And the original menus were for what they had ordered. Our son had sprites filled with water. Lack of attention to detail, in any case. Then he told us the food would be ready soon. I would imagine that he forgot to order it as it took about 15 minutes to get out. When it was hot steaming, so I know it was just cooked. There were no excuses for waiting or service. A person then asked about the check and when she was taken with the waiter should I pay for it? It was almost 2 hours ago, then the waiter said, if he didn't pay, he would call the police to take a crime as a food. The waiter immediately took the phone and followed part when our party outside while on the phone with the police. I stepped out and said I'd pay for it if it were the way they would treat customers. The police showed up and we all paid. When the person waiting for his food for so long paid for his Fried Rice, he accidentally scraped the credit card compartment against the box to go and it landed on the counter. The waiter said you'd throw it on me, sir. The answer was no, but it can be done. I asked who the owner was and received the name. The owner was there and never entered the situation. The waiter told our party that the police were here to talk to you. The police even said you had paid, and we said we had done it, and he wondered why the call was not canceled. Long story short... this Restaraunt has bad customer service skills. If they want to survive in an economy competing with other companies, they should sharpen how they respect their males and appreciate their business. you have not
Stay away... You would have a better experience if you stayed at home and a few ramen microwaves!
Worst Service I have ever experienced in my life. It took an hour to get our food. A member of our party did not get their food until everyone else had finished eating and controls were delivered. He was rightly upset and felt that his bill should be reduced or composed. They didn't just apologize, they imposed the situation and said if he didn't pay, they would call the police, and then they... on a 70-year-old man... you're kidding me! A simple excuse for the terrible service and maybe a discount would have fixed the situation. I will go back to NIE... oh and the food was not good!
We had the sushi, absolutely amazing! Large portions, delicious, and quick service. Will definitely go back!
