Wonderful experience with ordering a cake. Heather was so friendly and made excellent suggestions. we planned our event from the city. kuchen saw and tasted super! delivered at the time agreed. I would like to work with them in the future.

What I ordered was the banana pudding cheesecake......when I got there to pick it up.....it was frozen....the cheesecake was cracked and looked nothing like the one pictured on line. She did give me a discount to take it and I did.....it was aweful.....guess because it was frozen and when it finally thawed enough to cut the banana were black in the middle of the cake.....totally un editable.....I will not go back there again

To begin with, they don't have a lot of cakes on sale to go. They mostly sell cookies. But a few weeks ago, I tried one of their slices. I think it had been sitting out for a few weeks. Not fresh at all. It was hard as brick with a greasy/oily after taste. Ugh.

They did a great job with my daughter’s winter ONEderland theme cake!

The absolute best bakery in the Upstate! tried many other bakeries since we moved to the area and they're amazing! I will be using them for all my future bakery needs!! Very kind staff as well!
