Mc Alister Deli - Matthews

This is definitely my favorite spot for lunch in the Charlotte/Matthews area. The salads are super fresh and loaded with amazing ingredients. I never used to be a fan of turkey, but the smoked turkey melt changed that—it's absolutely delicious! They also offer the best iced tea you'll find in the South. And you absolutely must try the carrot cake; it's sure to impress you!

The customer service here is outstanding! I ordered takeout at the counter, but when I arrived home, I realized that one of the items was missing from my bag. I called the store, and the manager graciously offered to deliver the missing item to my home personally. To top it off, he also gave me a gift card for the trouble! As always, the food was fantastic.

The food and service at this restaurant are always outstanding. It's my favorite place to eat.

I celebrated my birthday by having lunch with my daughter. She ordered a sandwich and said it was delicious, while I had the green goddess salad, which was really enjoyable. I’ll definitely be getting another green goddess salad on my next visit!

I typically dine at McAlister's 2-3 times a week with clients, and as I've pointed out before, my experiences are usually positive. Sadly, it seems the quality of staff recruitment is declining.
