Very nice place, great service and delicious food. The waiters speak English and try their best to help you with your order. We even ordered something from the menu and they did it for us. I was very happy with this meal.

Outstanding. Exceptional service and value :D we stopped by Matsumoto to take the bus and had lunch whilst waiting. We had the risotto and the crab pasta. Both were great, and at Y1300-1500 for a set with salad, bread and a drink? Amazing. The food was delicious.
