Dibari's Main Street Pizza - Matawan

I would like to give this restaurant five stars, but I have ordered from DiBari twice in the last two weeks and they have my order wrong both times. It's a shame because the food is good, but consistency means a lot and getting my order right is important when I have food allergies. The young lady read my order back both times and they still got it wrong. That was my place, but it looks like I had to find another pizza shop. I hope that in the near future they will be able to use employees who can follow directions.

The Sicilian cake is great, the best there, a must. Perhaps the best crust I had, light, fluffy, and at the same time crunchy.

Best sandwich?s in the area. Fresh made focaccia bread! the eggplant was peeled, cut thin and lightly fried amazing. The grilled chicken sandwich, roasted pepper, mozzarella, it?s delicious. Staff is so nice taking pride in how to make Italian food. Are you hungry? Order from this restaurant so good.

We had rice balls and mozzarella carozas for appetizers. They were delicious. I had a side salad and penne pasta with shrimp scampi. The food was very good. However, the service was lacking. The server kept forgetting to bring our drinks and dessert.

Service is slow and rude, food is quite average for the area, place is not very well maintained and quite dirty. Consistently late for takeover orders/deliveries. Wouldn't recommend. Denino?s to 34 is 10x better.
