Chipotle Mexican Grill - Marysville

Ordered online, got home both bowls were wrong!! Veggie bowls for both. One has meat, the other was missing items. Drove back for new ones and they were out of most things, an counter food area was a mess. Attempted to call customer service, was on hold over 20 mins and opted to have a call back. Almost 24 hours later and no call back.

I remember when this place was good. I'm looking forward to the other one opening in town. Staff was less than polite. Place was an absolute mess. I had to ask them to clean a table so I could sit down. I saw two people that worked here get themselves a drink and leave the drink station completely messy. Food on the floor. Tortilla bins that I am sure we're sitting on the floor sitting on top of other open tortilla bins. Absolutely repugnant.

Store was very dirty. Seemed as if no one was in charge. Worst chipotle I have ever been in.

I ordered food from DoorDash $6 for some stale chips and super chunky queso. Everything looked like it was cooked yesterday and served today. One bowl was full and the other looked like it was for a 2 yr old

Quick grab and always good. Service was fast and food was great!
