Restaurant bewertenIf you can't make it faster, make it better and if you can't make it better, at the very least make it better for you. Regrettably, Teriyaki Madness swings and misses on all counts and leaves me wondering why I would ever need to go the chain route when outstanding Chinese food is a fixture in virtually every town and borough.I sodium bombed myself with an orange chicken and a four dollar bowl of white rice and some ala carte veggies. Luckily, I got change back from my fifty. While I can't say it didn't taste good and the modern surroundings sure beats the hole in the wall, strip mall dinge of most Chinese take out joints, the food is middle of the road average with the cost being a real downer. Teriyaki Sadness meets Panda Depressed. Two stars.
2nd time I came and food was not right. Rice was mushy vegetables are not done they were hard and small portions of meat for the price. Tried to give them another chance but I will not be returning. Not to add the employees are very weird. Will not be returning.
The old white guy waiting on us was rude to me and my friend when we we’re looking at what to order on top of that I tried to use the in app bogo were and he didn’t how to scan the coupon; You can’t be rude to customers and clueless about your job and then asked for a tip on top of that.
Best teriyaki chicken Ever. I am from Canada and had this while on vacation in Newark NJ and would be awesome if you opened a location in Ottawa Ontario
I have eaten at this place a few times and have seen a few things with my own eyes. First of all, the tables are untidy and often dirty. The couriers who come to take orders wait for minutes. And customers are not taken care of, several times customers had to go back because their order was not taken. It is as if this place is not a business and is full of staff who come to have fun. The staff of this place needs to change and the customers need to be taken care of.
