Some of the best cheesecakes I've ever had, especially with the blueberries, and the bagels are large and tasty distributed with a decent amount of cream cheese. even the little peanut butter and sweet potato dog tasty are pretty good! loli had not much more yet, but will definitely come back to try more and the staff was wonderful, keep them the great work!

The pastries are quite decent, but tend to be on the less fresh side. a bit too sweet also for baked, especially the Italian.

Custom ordered a cake on Monday. I showed them the picture on the left of the cookies as a reference as I wanted the theme and color scheme to be the same but for a 1st birthday. Girl at the counter told me about how good it was going to look and told me about what the special qualities the baker was going to add. Friday morning I picked it up and it looked like this. Not even close to what I was told. We also ordered a matching cupcake that was supposed to be decorated nicely but all it had was pink icing.. The words are bleeding and the butterflies are printed on edible paper straight from the reference photo even though I said specifically I did not want them printed I wanted them hand designer. If they could not do that then I would’ve rather them not take the commission. Very disappointed as I did not have enough time to get her a professionally decorated cake for her first birthday.

Terrible customer service and the people are rude. Can't get through the phone line. They put you on hold for over 10 minutes and then have an attitude when they answer. The breakfast and staff at Two Brothers Cafe in East Hampton is much better so they have our business for now on.
