Osmow's Shawarma - Markham

Ordered sharwa wrap with some medium hot sauce. Can't eat the thing it is too hot. Any flavour completely dominated by heat. Waste of money, next time I'll just drink hot sauce.Food: 1/5

I took the half half (chicken/lamb and fries/rice). The chicken and fries were the better half.The atmosphere is okay, except the smell/little smoke of cooking. Clean tables with lots of available seats.The Osmow's mango nectar tastes so good that quantity is perfect.

Worst Osmow's Location ever...Go somewhere else, any other location is better.The worst part is I just moved into the area... walked in to this location and I have been to the 2 other Markham locations and never had an issue.I asked if they could make me 2 veggie wraps for my pregnant wife and they said NO... I said I know its not a common menu Item but all the other locations care about their customers and do it for me... they said no and denied me service and were RUDE on top of it all... I walked away super angry but did not swear or loose my composure. I will never visit this place again.I went to another location near by... and they made me the veggie wraps and provided excellent customer service and amazing fresh tasting food.STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. if I could rate it zero stars for the rudeness and poor customer service I would.Advice for the owner and staff at this location: The customer comes first, with zero customers you cannot sustain a business.

Came towards closing and got leftover meat didn't tell me it wasn't fresh. Experience could've been much better as I was a regular at Chrysler road brampton..one of the best Osmows in Ontario. Busy.Food: 3/5

I ordered the large chicken shawarma wrap and much to my surprise the size of the wrap has decreased by 20 to 30 percent with the same 14 dollar price. After taking a few bites the entire shawarma split right down the middle as shown in the picture attached. The new bread used is not very good.Just a warning for anyone ordering the shawarma best to stay away due to the new decreased size and the 14 dollar price tag.
