Firehouse Subs - Marianna

I have been using the Firehouse Subs app on my phone for a while now. I can easily place an order on my phone and pick it up without any issues. My go-to sandwich is the hook and ladder. However, recently, the sandwich my friend brought home for me was not up to their usual standards. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager on the weekend, who promised to make me another sandwich on my next visit. I have not returned to Firehouse Subs this week, but I am hopeful that when I do, they will honor their promise. The restaurant is very clean and the staff are friendly and polite. Service is for take-out and the meal type is dinner.

I'm not sure what happened to Firehouse subs but this is nothing like it used to be. I don't know if the menu changed or it's under new management but I've eaten here twice now and had to throw more than half the sandwich away both times. It's awful. I always get the veggie and the veggies are so wet and soggy, it's gross. The bread tasted stale and tough, the cheese wasn't melted thru, and the entire sandwich was cold. It just wasn't good.
