Restaurant bewertenWe randomly decided to eat dinner here after a long day at the park and so glad we did! Check out the entree part of the menu. The shrimp Mac and pappardelle ragu were both amazing. Get the pretzel rods for an app too! Service was also great.
We stopped in for a quick bite before going to universal studios and it was very quick and very good! We will probably eat here again before we check out!
We made a reservation for 8:15. We arrived there at about 8 PM. We said we knew we were early. The restaurant was empty and probably had a handful of tables. She said our table was ready but because our reservation wasn’t until 815 she couldn’t seat us until then. We said OK no problem and we said to each other we thought it was weird that the table was ready, but she couldn’t seat us, but anyhow, a few minutes later, we got our table and didn’t have to wait until 815 so not suee what that was about! Again, there were just a handful of tables at this huge establishment. Menu was a little confusing. A burger was $25. The pizzas were $18. There wasn’t any info on how big the pizzas were but with a burger being $25 we figured OK these pizzas must be more like for one person. So we each ordered a pizza and they were huge lol!! I saw some reviews saying do not order the pizza, but I ordered the Buffalo chicken and thought it was really good! The low rating in this review is due to the service. We didn’t get refills on our drinks. A runner brought our food out and we never saw the waiter again. I had to track him down to get us our bill. I paid the bill in cash, but didn’t wanna leave $75 in cash on the table so we were waiting and waiting to see our server and I finally got up and was walking around, and the hostess came up to see if there was something we needed, and I handed her the bill and we got out of there.
Do not for the love of god get the pizza. It is worse than any frozen pizza you could come across. The cheese was dusty and the meat was not real. Also there were two bartenders who waited on us multiple nights that were not particularly friendly to anyone, frequently veering on flat out rude. If you’re staying at Royal Pacific it’s not a bad spot for a drink at night, just don’t plan on ordering food. Especially. Not. The pizza.
Got here when they opened after a long drive to Florida from out of state. Service was slow given we were the only ones in the restaurant. The food was ok, some dishes were better than others. Pretzel and wings were good but after three tries they don’t have blue cheese dressing. They kept bringing ranch. Also a tad on the pricey side.
