Einstein Bros. Bagels - Marelly's

It's my first time here and the bagels were yummy and the people friendly. Would recommend

Been to several Einstein shops across the USA. This location is not in as nice of an area as some. Didn’t get any of that cozy upscale vibe that we’re used to from Einstein. After waiting for 20 minutes for my wife’s bagel and shmear, we went to the counter and asked about it. The lady said “Oh, we’re out of that kind”. She offered to make any other kind of bagel and shmear immediately, and she did, Overall, not impressed.

The customer service was horrible. The manager was very rude. The food is great but I will not go to this location ever again.

We liked that Einstein makes fresh-cracked Eggs. Breakfact sandwitches are very good. Only concern is with the wait time. We have to wait almost 15-20 minutes to get the order ready.
