Whataburger - Mansfield

I don't know, but I tried to order from here three times, each time as disappointing as the last. Last night was the worst bc when I took a bite of the burger, I could feel all the small pieces of Gristle and Fat everywhere in my mouth afterwards. I can't understand the appeal of this place for my life. It is only low quality, cheap ingredients are passed on as “fresh” to justify the ridiculously long waiting times between order and get delicious food.

Make sure to put aside the AT LEAST 30-45 minutes of your day if you want to go through the ride. We have been here several times in the last 2 years and the experience is always the same. This was our last visit, will not return. Waiting is incredible.

Wait for more than 30 minutes on Sunday morning! There were only 3 cars in front of me so I couldn't understand why. No excuses or explanations when I finally got into the window. Needless to say, the food does not impress me at all dry pieces chicken in a gooey sugar syrup and stuffed between two cookies, that is their chicken biscuit breakfast meal. I'd rather spend my money and my time differently...

Some Whataburger locations have become less than what they should be. This one however has been very consistent with quality employees and friendliness. They got our orders right with the exception of a piece of cheese. These days, that's not too bad. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work!

We arrived at the drive thru at 10 pm with maybe 6 cars in front of us. It is NOW 11 pm and we are still not at the window for our food and that’s because a car left as soon as it was able to ESCAPE! My kids have fallen asleep. What in the world is going on with this location. While in line i checked online reviews and the complaint was all about wait times. At this point I would much rather drive the extra 15 minutes to an efficient location. If this is going to continue to be an issue the drive thru lanes need to be modified so that people can leave if necessary. Instead people are literally TRAPPED! I considered calling 911 to report that I was trapped and needed help being freed because at one point in time I was being held there against my will. Finally received our food AND it’s COLD! No fresh fries, they are stale and at this point I’m not even sure if they were fried. What a waste of time, money, and gas. This has been the most disappointing visit in my 39 years of life! Never AGAIN! I will advise anybody I know to not go to this location if they value their time. I would love to provide a receipt but they did not give us one.
