Sprout's Springroll Pho - Mansfield

Unfortunately, my initial review was removed so I am reposting it now. We ordered takeout from this restaurant. The bags were tied closed, so we didn't think to inspect the food inside. Unfortunately, we received plain chicken and brown rice instead of the teriyaki chicken we ordered. We were very disappointed and will not be returning. I highly suggest checking your order before you leave. I have taken a screenshot of this review for reference.

I drove from Prosper to try some Pho because I couldn't find any I liked in Prosper or nearby areas. I spent $90 on food and was very disappointed. I ordered a few large veggie Pho with meat added. It was all to go as we were going to a family gathering to enjoy it with them. The mushrooms and baby corn were added to the broth, and everything else was on the side, which was fine. However, the broth was extremely salty, to the point of being inedible. We had to add water to the broth just to try to eat it. My mom, who has high blood pressure, couldn't even tolerate it with water. I'm not sure if the broth itself was salty or if it was the veggies they added, but it was a disappointment. The chicken in the Pho was minimal and the oxtail was mostly bone, fat, and gristle. I also ordered some spring rolls, egg rolls, and fried rice. The spring rolls were good, the egg rolls were average, and the rice was okay. I think my mom took some pictures, which I'll add if she does. I suggest going to the Sprouts in Arlington instead of wasting your money here. I won't be returning.

I am a loyal customer of Sprouts, but I have been disappointed with their customer service and food quality recently. I called around 8:15 to place a quick order, as I knew they closed at 8:30. However, the young lady who answered insisted they were closed that day at 8 and abruptly hung up. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. While Sprouts is convenient for takeout on Broad Street, I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Introduced my 83 yr old mom to Pho, she loved it. Was there with my mom my daughter 2 of my grandkids. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it.

Best pho I've ever had. Getting hungry again thinking about it. Staff is always nice--even when I have to come in late. Love this place.
