Restaurant bewertenI frequently get the wrong items/cold food. just had a caramel iced coffee made so gross and incorrect i had to turn around and go back thru the drive thru to have it corrected. i hate to be that person, but fast food costs too much nowadays to be screwed up that badly. they refused to make me a new drink, even though they are the geniuses that can't make their own products correctly. never going back.
What a bummer ! Came for a grandma Sunday. Apparently they only offered it for 1 month.
Had an interview with the manager and was told to call back friday so i did an got yelled at by some lady “WE HAVE CALLER ID STOP CALLING EVERDAY” when i have never called them until now. they even unplugged the phone so I had to drive in and ask my question, which the manager wasn’t even there. 0/5 they’re rude
The night manager is very rude. She gave us old food when the parking lot and drive thru were empty. When we asked her to remake it, she said she was busy with online orders
2nd time with 3 raw quarter pounders. Ate inside and wife already took the worse to show managers. Timed 12min later and never received fresh meals. Money returned- UPDATED 5/29: RAW QPC AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION 3RD TIME. NEVER AGAIN
