Bake My Day - Mansfield

The BEST of all!. Barb and Diana make the best cupcakes I have ever had. I drive 45 minutes to get there and it is well worth the drive. As was noted before, airtight container to store, mine last all week!

Best Cupcakes in Mansfield. Wow, now these are cupcakes. Sure they are $2.50, but is it a full sized cupcake, not the pint-sized ones sold at another shop for $1.75, and these things are GOOD! As for the other reviewer who said they were no good the second day...transfer them to an airtight container or wrap the box in cellophane or they will dry out, but that is to be expected of any cupcake.Oh, and I found the women very nice and helpful. The girl who waited on me worked in the adjacent store but she did her best to assist me.

Eat these cupcakes same-day, or don 't get them at all.. I heard about this place from my mom when she said she went to it a few days prior. It 's located in the same place as the women 's store 'Pursesnickety. ' Upon entering, you 'll see the cupcakes they have to choose from and there are alot) are all under clear plastic lids. The woman who came up to talk to us who is also the primary one pictured on their Facebook page) was initially not too friendly. She did offer us samples, but although we were the only ones in line, it seemed like we were hurried. The prices were somewhat expensive $1.50 for a mini, $2.50 for a full) but it wasn 't like we were new to the the couture cupcake concept been to D.C. Cupcakes and multiple Gigi 's Cupcakes places) but those are cupcakes that not only taste good, but last for a while. The flavors were all wonderful that we picked but the bottom line is that after day two, the cupcakes were no longer moist and became very dried out. <br/ <br/ So the bottom line is that these cupcakes are a fun, tasty and creative, but you should get them for a specific event on the day you want to eat them because if you get too many, you 'll end up wasting them before they go bad.

We got to this bakery 5 min before closing. The staff was very friendly and personable even tho it was closing time. Out of all the bakeries I've visited which has been alot) I'd definately rank this one in my top 5! The cupcakes are moist and the cookies are large, soft and have NON- over the top sweet frosting that other bakeries usually use. I'd drive the 2+ hours to go back!

This bakery is the best. I didn't get pictures of my cookies and cream cupcake or my Andes mint cupcake because I ate them so fast. Ditto for my oreo macaron and my daughter's jumbo buckeye macaron. The manager is awesome and there are so many awesome sweets to choose from. I was complaining that I kept missing the cookie dough cupcakes and he went into the back and got me one from the freezer that he had put back. It is literally my favorite cupcake. Although that Andes mint DID just sneak past the cookies and cream for my second favorite. If you haven't been here, go. Go follow their page for all the amazing things he posts every day.
