Restaurant bewertenThis is one of a kind ice cream place, mostly mango (succulent & tasty) flavored soft-served ice cream or crushed ice snacks. This is no Jersey Shore imitation of Kohr Brothers' board walk soft cone...but rather a new idea of serving with mango. It has AC so you can enjoy your snack instead of sweating it out.
Feb. 2017. We were walking around the d'mall when my Aunt suddenly invite us to an 'ice cream store'. At first, I'm not interested because I am not a fan of ice cream. But the moment I taste it, I said to myself: "Why the hell you didn't eat ice cream before?". It was so good to the point that I order another one.
Since day1, we've been seeing a lot of people with this yellow stuff in a plastic cup and immaediately got curious. Just pass through D'Mall, look for a line and surely one of them lines will lead to Halowich. Such a tasty and creamy treat! The Philippine mango welcomes you to Boracay!
Just today around 2:00pm, I ordered a takeout Large Mangoholic for 150 and they gave me a queue card number 14. The last number I heard was number 10. There were a lot of Chinese and Korean guests waiting to be called for their turn until number 13. A staff suddenly called out for number 15. So after the customer 15 received their order, I notified the staff why number 15 was AHEAD of me. They misheard I was number 15 until I showed them my card number 14. The staff rushed to look for my order and prepared my order. My temper got ahead of me so I cancelled my order instead. I patiently waited for my order and I don't deserve this service. Obviously they prioritize foreign guests. So if you're a Filipino expect to be treated the same way especially if you're eating solo.
Their bestsellers are the couple mango and the mango holic. Their icecream topped with mangoes are not to sweet but the soft serve easily melts so it is better to eat it up specially during hot days.
