Buffalo - Manchester

I went in with my sons tonight. we all have milkshakes and they were really good. we drank them while we waited for the food. 1 command came out and we waited for the others. after 10 minutes the manager asked us what we were waiting for? the guy didn't hear my son. the manager, shannon, was amazing! she entered directly and used her best customer service skills to order it. if the service had not been treated so well by the manager, I would have thought twice about spending my money back there! Many thanks for the nice eating and the respect they showed us customers shannon x

Great tasting food at a competitively price. What more could you ask for? I would recommend the Buffalo flavoured wings that are just too good for words. Nothing close to the flavours more famous peri chicken places are offering. Can I say Nandos? I just did! You get the idea. They are the next Nandos if they can get other branches open.

Everytime I visit, I always get the mixed steak and a portion of wings and they never let me down. Consistently taste amazing. The sauce they put on the wings always makes me glad I ordered them! Portion sizes are also good too. The place is clean and cozy, staff are also great too. Always a positive experience.

On our visit late friday evening the restaurant was not busy. We ordered the chicken steak one order Second meal the full chicken and 4 wings and two sides two drinks. Unfortunately the choices were limited on the sides and the one was unavailable. So I put the question to the person that have you got an alternative and the answer was no because that was our policy. Very unhappy with the reply as customer satisfaction should be top on the list. -1 star Apart from that the food met our expectations and the service was brilliant.
