The Birch On Elm - Manchester

The Birch is without a doubt a top spot in Manchester. Jeremy makes some of the best cocktails I've ever had and is one of the friendliest bartenders I've encountered. Nick's menus and specials are always incredibly creative and delicious. Rob is awesome, bald, and vegan. Joel is ok too. If you haven't tried this place yet you're seriously missing out.

Such an amazing place. The food and drinks are top notch as is the service both at the bar or at a table. We just keep taking more and more friends with us each time we go. I hope they stay busy enough to be successful bUT not too busy to have a 2 hr wait. The intimate interior definitely adds to the charm....unless you are waiting for a table.

First visit, went for brunch. Food was delicious. Our group of 3 shared 5 small plates, highly recommend the avocado toast, burger, and grilled avocado. Mimosa's made with freshly squeezed juice were amazing, and the service was excellent. Hands down best brunch in Manchester for foodies.

What can I say besides awesomeness??? Love the freshness and unique dishes!! Love tapas!! Excellent mixed drinks and delicious food! Loved the chilly chili, tacos, cauliflower and beef salad specifically!!! Sweet atmosphere. Dan was super friendly, helpful and an all around great server!! Highly recommend and will return!!
